If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order—provided that the product remains unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact. This allows us to restock the item for other customers to purchase.

  • Damaged in Transit? We’ve Got You Covered

We stand behind the quality of our products. If the package you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (located at the bottom right corner of our website) within 24 hours of receipt. Provide clear photos of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement for you immediately—with no additional costs to you.

  • Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service via WhatsApp to initiate a return request.
Step 2: We will verify your eligibility for return and provide you with detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the product back to us according to the instructions (please be sure to keep the shipping proof/receipt).
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Important Notes

Shipping costs for returns resulting from personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, accidental duplicate orders) will be borne by the customer.
To ensure a successful return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories complete. Products that have been used or have damaged packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
